ABOUT SUE
Sue spent 20 years in blue chip organisations including the BBC and John Lewis. After a successful career in Human Resources, she specialised in career management, working on strategies to harness the needs of individuals with those of the organisation. For example at the BBC she introduced staff career development programmes and trained HR staff in career coaching.
In 1994 she became self-employed and has provided Career Management and Outplacement services in the Utilities, Education, Retail, Health, Financial Services, Government, the Arts and Manufacturing sectors. Clients have included Zurich, Barclays, Safeway, HMRC, HTV, BUPA, British Gas and The Training and Development Agency.
In addition, she co-tutored on a Bristol University Professional Women’s Returner Programme and on the Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling in Organisational Settings.
Sue has helped hundreds of people both one to one and in workshops to attain fulfilling and purposeful careers.
TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Sue is a CTI trained Co-Active Coach and holds the Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling in Organisational Settings with Commendation from the University of Bristol. She has a degree in Politics and Sociology, also from the University of Bristol.
